Day 4: Hanoi to Halong Bay Overnight Cruise
Morning – Transfer to Halong Bay

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel and take in the fresh morning atmosphere before checking out.

At around 08:00 – 08:30, you will be picked up for your journey to Halong Bay, a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site. The drive via highway takes approximately 2.5 hours.

Upon arrival at the cruise pier, complete the check-in procedures before boarding a speedboat or tender to reach your cruise. During the transfer, admire the stunning limestone islets rising from the emerald waters while the cruise manager introduces the itinerary and highlights of the bay.

Midday – Welcome on Board

Instead of taking the tunnel, your driver will follow the famous Hai Van Pass, widely regarded as one of the most spectacular coastal roads in the world. This iconic mountain pass stretches approximately 21 km along the Truong Son range, offering dramatic views where lush mountains meet the sea .
